What is a Cardlock?
A Cardlock is a facility that provides up to 24 hour access everyday to gasoline and diesel fuels for farm and commercial use. Diesel and dyed diesel dispensers are usually high speed for your fuelling convenience.The main purpose of a Cardlock is to give easy access for fleet company's to get their trucks in and out.
What agreements should be at a Cardlock Site?
TSSA operating License - This is the Technical Standards & Safety Authority, which is a not-for-profit, self funded "delegated administrative authority" that administers and enforces public safety laws in various sectors under Ontario's Teschnical Standards and Safety Act. What is the absolute maximum quantity of product to be dispersed per transaction?
- Diesel = 1000 litres
- Gasoline = 200 litres
